Why is this cheaper than the quotes I've had?
No office, no account managers, no sales team. It's one person start to finish, so you're paying for the site, not the overhead.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you don't pay, and we're done. No invoice, no obligation.
What am I paying monthly for?
Hosting, security, backups, your domain bought and renewed in your name, and up to 3 edits a month, done for you. No registrar account to set up and no renewal date to remember. Your rate is locked when you sign. Cancel any month and you keep the site, and the domain leaves with you.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, on your own account. I'm listed as technical contact, nothing more.
What happens if you disappear?
Your site is standard files, your domain is in your name, and I export everything any time you ask. Hosting runs through the end of whatever month you've paid, so the site stays up while you move it, and any developer can take the files over in an afternoon. Nothing locks you to me.
What if I need something changed?
You change hours, prices, and announcements yourself, any time. Photos and anything bigger? Email, text, or call me. Up to 3 edits a month are covered, done for you. No ticket system, no account manager. You reach the person who built it.
Will my site show up on Google?
It's built so Google can read it: clean structure, your business details marked up, map and directions included. I also submit it for indexing. Ongoing SEO campaigns aren't something I sell.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, 5 photos straight off your phone, your services or menu with prices, and your hours. That's the whole list. The words on the site are my job, written from what you send.
How and when do I pay?
Nothing up front. When you approve the preview, you get one invoice for the $500 build, payable online, and the site goes live once it's paid. The $35 a month starts the day the site goes live.
